Regular sale 13–24 November
- Festival Box Office in CD’s Foyer II, from 15.00 or one hour before a CD screening until the beginning of the last screening;
-Kinodvor, Kino Bežigrad and the Slovenian Cinematheque one hour before a screening;
- www.liffe.si; discounted sets of tickets can also be purchased online;
- Other Cankarjev dom’s official points of sale (mojekarte.si points of sale and www.mojekarte.si, Petrol, OMV petrol stations with ‘Multitočka’ cash registers, M Holidays, Kompas, Alpetor tourist agencies, etc.), no discounts can be claimed.

Tickets for the UL AGRFT movie theatre can only be purchased online (www.liffe.si) and at Cankarjev dom's Information Centre or the Liffe Box Office. Tickets are not available for purchase on-site.

When a film is cancelled, efforts are made for an alternative screening or refunds paid until the last day of the festival.
